1 Large Banana
1 Cup of Blueberries
1 Cup of Strawberries
1 Tsp of Flax Meal
1 Tsp of Brewer's Yeast
Drizzle of Honey
Handful of Spinach
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Plain Greek Yogurt
